Under the assumption that the group collaboration is required, then you just define a "group" in their email client. Then, before any e-mail with attachment to the group.
Or, if you can not create a group, then enter all the e-mail addresses, separated by a comma probably (depending on the webmail or email client you are using), then copy the addresses in the "A" after clicking "continue" for each e-mail.
